2.1 Reservations are exclusively online, ensuring security and efficiency.

3. Financial Terms

3.1 Confirmation of your booking requires full payment within 1 hour of the reservation period.

3.2 Cancellation due to non-payment will result in automatic booking cancellation.

3.3 Payment Methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and selected digital payment options.

4. Cancellations and Adjustments

4.1 Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour’s scheduled start.

4.2 Non-refundable policy applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.

4.3 Cancellation Notice should be sent via email.

4.4 Adjustments by Provider may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, with tours subject to modification or cancellation.

4.5 Options for Clients affected by changes include full refunds or alternative tour arrangements.

Affected clients will be provided with options for rescheduling or receiving refunds. Furthermore, Ayo Pergi Tours reserves the right to terminate services without refund for clients whose conduct is deemed unsafe or unlawful, at the discretion of Ayo Pergi Tours.
